User Agreement

Attention! Please read this User Agreement before using the site https://case-battle.life/.

Registration (authorization) on the site will constitute your agreement with the terms of this User Agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of this User Agreement, do not register (authorize) on the site and do not use its software tools.

  1. Service Usage Terms
    1. Persons under the age of eighteen (18) may not use the Service, even with the consent of parents or guardians.
    2. A supported web browser is required for access. You agree that Case-Battle may discontinue support for your browser, and you will need to use a supported one. Performance depends on your equipment and internet connection.
    3. You agree to register via a Steam account from Valve. You are responsible for managing the account, storing the password, and restricting access.
    4. You agree not to share your Case-Battle account information with third parties for login or access.
    5. You agree to use only one account (multi-accounts are prohibited).
    6. Violation of the multi-account prohibition may result in immediate blocking.
    7. You are responsible for all activities on the account. If you suspect third-party access, use the password change function on Steam and re-login to the site.
    8. All terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and internet regulations.
  2. Usage Conditions

    You agree not to:

    1. Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation;
    2. Access non-public areas or systems;
    3. Test vulnerabilities, breach security;
    4. Decrypt, decompile, disassemble software;
    5. Harm other users, spread viruses, flood, spam;
    6. Provide third-party payment details;
    7. Use the Service for unintended purposes;
    8. Mass extract data or content;
    9. Violate terms of third-party services (e.g., G2A, Valve, Steam);
    10. Violate intellectual property rights;
    11. Use or promote offensive or harmful materials.
    12. Use the Site's functionality to legitimize questionable funds by converting them into skins and subsequently withdrawing them to Steam.
  3. Access Termination
    1. We may terminate or suspend account access without notice for any violation.
    2. We may terminate or suspend account access at the request of the payment system if it has suspicions about the user.
    3. After access is prohibited, your right to use terminates. To close the account, simply stop using the Service.
    4. If items and/or balance were obtained by exploiting a "bug" or vulnerability, Case-Battle imposes restrictions on their further use or on the entire account.
  4. Case Opening Rules

    By opening a case, you agree to guaranteedly receive one of the in-game items from the case description.

    1. By accepting the item, you agree that the case price satisfies you, and you have no right to additional compensation.
    2. After receiving the item, you can withdraw it to Steam through your Personal Account.
    3. You can immediately refuse the item and exchange it for credits ⓒ for further use.
  5. Upgrade Mode Rules
    1. By using this mode, you agree to the conditions under which you guaranteedly :
      • Receive the skin you selected, while losing the items and balance used for the upgrade.
      • In case of an unsuccessful upgrade, receive cashback credited to the balance as BCN, available for further use on the site.
    2. After receiving the new item, you can withdraw it to Steam through your Personal Account.
    3. You can immediately refuse the item and exchange it for credits ⓒ for further use.
  6. Contract Mode Rules

    By using this mode, you guaranteedly receive a random skin from the price range displayed before the contract starts.

    1. As a result of completing the contract, you lose the items and balance used in it.
    2. After receiving the new item, you can withdraw it to Steam through your Personal Account.
    3. You can immediately refuse the item and exchange it for credits ⓒ for further use.
  7. Withdrawing Items to Steam
    1. After receiving the item, it becomes available in your Personal Account and remains new for 12 hours. During this period, you can withdraw the item to your Steam account using the trade link you provided, matching your Steam account and the settings on the site and in Steam.
    2. If you take no action with the new item within 12 hours, it will be automatically sold, and the received funds credited to your balance as credits ⓒ.
    3. Gambling is prohibited. Obtained items are intended for personal use only (playing Counter-Strike 2). Reselling or exchanging them for money is prohibited. Violating this rule leads to account blocking.
  8. Cashback Rules

    Cashback (Battle-Coins or BCN) accrual and usage rules on https://case-battle.life/.

    1. Up to 2% is credited for each unsuccessful upgrade.
    2. There may be temporary promo cashback rates.
    3. The BCN balance is visible in the Profile section.
    4. BCN can only be used on Case-Battle.
    5. BCN is non-refundable.
  9. Personal and General Coupons
    1. General coupons require a minimum deposit, depending on the promo campaign.
    2. Case-Battle reserves the right to set any deposit amount for applying a general coupon.
    3. Personal coupons have no such requirements or conditions.
  10. Links to Other Sites
    1. The Service may contain links to third-party sites. Case-Battle is not responsible for their content or privacy policy.
    2. We recommend carefully reading the terms and privacy policy of third-party sites.
  11. Disclaimer for Visual Errors

    We strive to eliminate visual bugs, but discrepancies (e.g., in animations) may occasionally occur.

    1. To report bugs, please send us:
      • Link to your Case-Battle profile and the name of the problematic item;
      • Description of the bug;
      • Screenshots or video of the issue.
    2. We review and fix bugs, but they do not affect item ownership.
  12. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The site is provided "as is." Case-Battle does not guarantee constant availability or information accuracy. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice.

  13. Account Security
    1. You log in via Steam OpenID. You must not share your data or allow third-party access.
    2. In case of data leakage, contact Steam support immediately.
    3. You are responsible for all actions with your account, including purchases.
  14. Affiliation

    We are NOT affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Counter-Strike 2, Steam, or their trademarks.

  15. Case-Battle Wallet

    By topping up the wallet, you agree that credits ⓒ are not real money.

  16. Refunds
    1. You can request a refund via the payment system if the balance is unused, within 14 days after the top-up;
    2. Sometimes additional data may be required (e.g., photo ID or bank statement);
    3. All purchases and actions on the site are final, and used funds are non-refundable.
  17. Bug Bounty Program

    We encourage bug and vulnerability reports.

    1. To report a vulnerability, send us at [email protected]:
      • Your name, contact;
      • Description of the bug;
      • Steps to reproduce;
      • Screenshots or video.
    2. You must be the first to report the bug and provide a detailed report.
    3. The entire https://case-battle.life/ platform participates in the Bug Bounty.
    4. Bug Bounty exclusions:
      • iFrame, clickjacking;
      • DoS/DDoS;
      • Social engineering;
      • Third-party services;
      • Physical device access;
      • Law violations.
    5. Do not disrupt the platform during tests.
    6. The reward amount depends on the severity and quality of the report.
    7. Participation is voluntary; conditions may change;
    8. Decisions on report validity and reward are made by Case-Battle;
    9. It is forbidden to use found bugs to harm Case-Battle;
  18. Force Majeure

    We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure: natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, strikes, resource shortages).

  19. Agreement Changes

    We may change the Agreement terms unilaterally. The new version is published at https://case-battle.life/terms. If you disagree, stop using the site.

  20. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
    • By using the site, you consent to the processing of your data (including Steam account data).
    • Processing includes collection, storage, use, transfer, deletion of data.
    • The purpose of processing is to fulfill the Agreement terms, registration, sending notifications.
    • You can withdraw consent by sending a letter to Case-Battle, but this will result in the deletion of your Case-Battle account.
    • You agree to receive promotional materials from Case-Battle. You can unsubscribe by clicking the corresponding link in the mailing.
    • When visiting the site, standard device and browser data (IP, page address, browser, etc.) are recorded for error analysis and abuse prevention.
    • The site uses Cookies. You can disable them in your browser settings.
    • You are responsible for third-party data you provide to Case-Battle.
    • We protect your data, but due to the nature of the internet, they may be transmitted over unsecured networks.
    • Google Analytics and other analytics services are used.
